Papa's Game Stations

Each Papa’s game challenges you to take orders, prepare dishes, and serve customers as efficiently and accurately as possible. Even though the game loop is relatively same in all papas games, each has a different food theme, ingredients, holidays an mini games. Mainly, you’ll juggle between 3 or four different stations. First station is always the order station where customers wait for you. The second station is usually grilling, frying,mixing or baking. It's where you cook or prepare the raw ingredients. Then you move on to build station.  In build station, you usually prepare the plate, place the meal, side dishes, sauces or toppings precisely and aim for a clean look all while following customer’s very specific requests. If the game has a side dish like drink or a pop corn, then there usually is a fourth and last station where you prepare side dishes. After completing it all, you go back to serve the meal. Customers score you based your performance in each station and give you a tip accordingly. The better you perform, the happier your customers will be – earning you higher tips and scores.

There are 14 main Papa’s restaurant games (also called “Gamerias,” since they often end in -ria) where you cook everything from tacos to sundaes. Additionally, there are three Papa Louie platformer games—side-scrolling adventures where Papa Louie and his friends fight food monsters.

After Adobe ended Flash support in 2020, Flipline Studios ported the Gamerias to various platforms and released paid versions under different names: To Go! for mobile, HD for tablets, and Deluxe for PC. You can purchase and download these versions to your iOS, Android or Windows device .

Papa’s Restaurant Cooking Games

Papa’s Pizzeria (2007)

This is the game that started it all. Papa’s Pizzeria is the first Papa’s cooking game, released in 2007. In this game, Papa Louie leaves you (as Roy, the delivery boy) in charge of his pizza shop. Your job is to take pizza orders and make each pizza just the way the customer wants. You’ll spread the dough, add custom toppings in the correct quantities and positions, bake the pizza to the right doneness, and then slice it according to the order. Each customer has very specific pizza preferences (for example, one might want 8 pepperonis evenly spread, 2 olives on only half the pizza, well done, cut into 4 slices!). You have to multitask across the Order Station, Topping Station, Baking Station, and Cutting Station to get the order perfectly. As the first entry of game developers Matt Neff and Tony Solary, Papa’s Pizzeria introduced players to the addictive formula of managing a restaurant under time pressure. Serve the orders accurately and quickly to earn tips and keep your customers happy. It was definitely a simple premise that quickly becomes challenging and fun, making Papa’s Pizzeria a classic that spawned the entire series that would be a global hit in next years.

Papa’s Burgeria (2010)

In Papa’s Burgeria, you move from pizzas to burgers. This time you play as either Marty or Rita (or a custom worker of your own in later versions) running Papa’s burger joint. The game features three main stations: Order, Grill, and Build. First, you take each customer’s burger order. Next, head to the Grill Station to cook burger patties to the right temperature! Then, at the Build Station, you stack the buns, patties, cheese, veggies, and condiments in the exact order the customer requested. Importance of the accuracy increased in this game even more. Players need to layer ingredients neatly to impress picky customers. As progressed, new toppings and sauces unlock. Even though it's satisfying to see new ingeredints in stations, this makes the orders more complex. Papa’s Burgeria adds a bit more challenge than the Pizzeria with its focus on timing the grill and building a tall burger correctly. Players need to keep an eye on multiple patties cooking at once, create each burger with care, and deliver it. Overall, it's a very fun game with relatively old visuals but it’s a juicy and nostalgic challenge for any burger fan!

Papa’s Taco Mia! (2011)

Papa’s Taco Mia! takes the culinary adventure to a Mexico's famous cousine tacos. The game starts with a cutscene where the worker Mitch won a taco-eating contest. And he earned the keys to Papa’s Taco Mia restaurant. In this cooking game, the food is tacos and there are three stations: Order, Grill, and Build (which is very similar to Burgeria). Customers will order either hard or soft shell tacos with various fillings. Players cook different meats on the grill (beef, chicken, etc.) and even prepare vegetarian fillings. Once the filling is ready, move to the Build Station. Here, players need to carefully fill each taco shell with the correct portion of meat and then add toppings like lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, and more in the order they want. The challenge increases as more toppings and sauces are unlocked.

Another surprise is that Papa’s Taco Mia introduces a special type of picky customers called “Closers” They need their orders prepared with extra precise manners. In the end, Papa's Taco mia put a new brick and a bit more cleaner visuals compared to the former games. We strongly suggest this game as it'll probably make you shout "Muy delicioso!” repeatedly while playing.

Papa’s Freezeria (2011)

With the release of the fourth game, Flipline decided to cool things down with Papa’s Freezeria. It's still one of the most popular titles in the series. In this game, you find yourself managing an ice cream shop on Calypso Island a tropical paradise. The goal is to serve perfect sundaes to vacationing customers. At the Order Station, customers will tell you what kind of sundae they want, including the cup size, ice cream flavors, mixables (like candies or fruits blended in), syrups, and toppings. The Build Station is where you pour and mix the sundaes: you’ll add ice cream and mixables, then blend it to just the right consistency in the Mix Station. Once blended, move to the Top Station to add whipped cream, syrups, cherries, and other finishing touches exactly as requested. Papa’s Freezeria introduced the concept of mixables and a multi-step build process, making it a bit more complex than earlier games. It also has a relaxed beach vibe and colorful theme with blue and green. Deliver each sundae with the right toppings and presentation to keep those customers cool and happy.

Papa’s Pancakeria (2012)

Papa’s Pancakeria shifts the focus to breakfast food. After a mishap where your pet runs off, Papa Louie offers you a job running his breakfast diner until your pet is found. Here, you’ll be serving pancakes, waffles, and French toast stacked with all sorts of toppings. This one features four station: Order Station, Grill Station, Build Station, and a special Drink Station (since customers may also order drinks like coffee or juice with their breakfast). As you can guess, at the Grill Station, you'll pour pancake or waffle batter onto the griddle and cook each item to golden-brown. You need to flip them at the right time which is one of the main challenges of the game. You might have multiple pancakes or French toast slices cooking at once.

Once cooked, you’ll arrange the pancakes or waffles on a plate and move to the Build Station to add things like butter, syrup, fruits, whipped cream, or chocolate chips as requested. In Papa’s Pancakeria, stacking is the second most important aspect. Some orders might be a tall stack of pancakes layered with different toppings in between. The challenge is to get the order exactly right in both ingredients and presentation. As you level up, you’ll unlock new syrups, toppings, and drinks (like different flavors of syrup or coffee). By mastering breakfast classics and serving each plate just the way the customer wants, you’ll start the day off right at Papa’s Pancakeria.

Papa’s Wingeria (2012)

Ready to fry up some wings? Papa’s Wingeria puts you in charge of a buffalo wings restaurant in the glitzy Starlight City. This game adds some new twists to the formula. Customers will order different types of chicken wings (or sometimes other fried items like shrimp), which you’ll fry in the Fry Station to crispy perfection. Once the wings are cooked, you’ll toss them in the requested sauces at the Sauce Station. Anything from mild Buffalo sauce to tangy barbecue or spicy inferno sauces. The key is to coat the wings evenly with sauce. After saucing, move to the Build Station (plating area) where you arrange the wings on a plate and add side items and garnishes. Customers might request celery sticks, carrots, or dipping sauces like ranch or blue cheese on the side, and they expect it to be presented neatly. Papa’s Wingeria was also notable for introducing customizable characters  for the first time. Players could create their own worker character instead of using the default staff. Although this doesn’t affect gameplay, it’s a fun feature for personalization. Wingeria is often criticized by fans for being too difficult espacially in managing sauce stations. To succeed in Wingeria, pay attention to fry times (nobody wants burnt wings), sauce each batch correctly, and plate the wings with sides just as ordered. Papa’s Hot Doggeria (2012)

Papa’s Hot Doggeria takes place in a baseball stadium (Griller Stadium), where you get to run the hot dog stand. Fans at the ballpark are hungry for classic hot dogs and other snacks, and it’s your job to feed them. In this game, you’ll take orders for different types of hot dogs with various toppings. At the Grill Station, you’ll cook the hot dog sausages on the grill, turning them so they’re cooked evenly. Customers might request different doneness levels (lightly cooked or well-done dogs), so timing matters. Once the dogs are ready, you place them in buns and head to the Build Station. Here you’ll add the toppings in the correct order – classics like ketchup, mustard, relish, onions, cheese, chili, etc. Presentation is important in this game. Even if it sound very weird, you need to do it exactly, if a customer wants mustard in a zigzag or ketchup only on one side. Papa’s Hot Doggeria also includes popcorn and drinks as side orders. Many customers will order a specific popcorn (like butter or caramel popcorn) and a drink (various sodas) along with their hot dog. That means you’ll also be managing a Popcorn Station and a Drink Station, filling the popcorn and drinks to the right size and flavor. Juggling grilling, building, and serving sides can be tricky when the crowd is large, but it’s very rewarding to perfectly serve a combo (hot dog + popcorn + drink). Plus, mini games like Home Run Derby makes the gameplay very diverse and fun.

Papa’s Cupcakeria (2013)

In Papa’s Cupcakeria, you’re put in charge of a bakery that specializes in cupcakes. After a fender-bender accident on Papa’s car, you agree to work at his Cupcakeria in the town of Frostfield to pay off the damages. This game introduces baking and decorating delicious cupcakes from scratch. At the Batter Station, you’ll fill cupcake liners with batter (vanilla, chocolate, etc.) and then bake them in the oven at the Bake Station. You must bake each batch for the right amount of time – underdone or burnt cupcakes will disappoint customers. Once the cupcakes are baked and cooled, head to the Decorate Station. Here’s where you let your creativity shine. You’ll pipe frosting on each cupcake (with different frosting flavors and styles), and then add toppings like sprinkles, candies, fruits, or drizzles exactly as the customer ordered. Papa’s Cupcakeria also introduced a holiday seasons feature. The game’s calendar progresses through seasons and holidays (e.g., Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day), and during each holiday you can unlock special themed ingredients (like heart sprinkles for Valentine’s, or pumpkin spice frosting for Halloween). This adds variety to the menu over time. The key to Cupcakeria is mostly about precise decoration and placing the correct number of each topping and making the cupcakes look as close to the order ticket as possible. Neatly frosted and decorated cupcakes will earn high scores. It’s a test of both time-management and your virtual cake-decorating skills! It's definitely a game for sweet girls and boys who likes cupcakes!

Papa’s Pastaria (2013)

Papa’s Pastaria invites you to an Italian dining experience, as you manage Papa Louie’s pasta restaurant in the beautiful city of Portallini (a parody of Venice). You’re attending a wedding there but end up taking over the pasta restaurant. In this game, you’ll be cooking all kinds of pasta dishes. The stations include Order, Cook Station, Build Station, and Bread Station. When a customer orders, they’ll pick a type of pasta (like spaghetti, penne, or fettuccine), a sauce (marinara, Alfredo, pesto, etc.), and various toppings or garnishes (meatballs, shrimp, cheese, herbs). At the Cook Station, you will boil the pasta in pots. Different pasta shapes have different cook times, so make sure to cook each to al dente as required – there’s even a timer you can set for each pot. Once the pasta is cooked and drained, move to the Build Station. You’ll pour the correct sauce over the pasta and toss it to mix well, then add the requested toppings on top in the right order and amount. A unique feature in Papa’s Pastaria is the Bread Station: most customers also want a side of bread. You’ll bake slices of garlic bread or breadsticks and spread butter or seasoning, timing them to be ready with the pasta. Serving everything together: pasta dish and bread side at the right temperature is crucial. Some fan find Pastaria is one of the gloomiest titles Flipline ever released. THis is mostly about customer animations, lower scores and pastel themes of the game. But most find this gloom somehow cozy and loves this game for xactly this reason. Papa’s Donuteria (2014)

After Freezeria's and Cupcakeria's success, Flipline released another sweet game. Papa’s Donuteria is another restaurant simulation game where the player runs a donut shop located inside an amusement park (Powder Point). You take the job to enjoy the park’s rides, but first you have to keep the donut-loving customers satisfied. In this game, you’ll make donuts from scratch. The process starts at the Dough Station, where you choose the correct dough, cut out donuts (different shapes like rings or filled donuts), and drop them into the fryer. At the Fry Station, fry each donut on both sides to a perfect golden brown. Be careful: fry too long and they’ll burn, too short and they’ll be doughy. Once fried, move to the Build Station. Here you’ll dip the donuts into glazes (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, etc.), and then add toppings and drizzles. Customers may order a variety of donut styles on one ticket (for example, one chocolate iced with sprinkles, one jelly-filled with powdered sugar, and one plain with a drizzle). You’ll decorate each donut according to the order and then arrange them in the box. Papa’s Donuteria includes the challenge of managing multiple fryers and decorating multiple donuts per order, which really tests your multitasking ability. The theme park setting also means you’ll encounter all sorts of quirky customers (some might be in costumes from the rides!). Keep your park guests happy by delivering picture-perfect donuts, and maybe you’ll get time to enjoy the Ferris wheel after work!

Papa’s Cheeseria (2015)

Papa’s Cheeseria is the eleventh game in the series. Thi game's food is  gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches (and some side dishes). After music gear is stolen, Papa Louie offers a job at Papa’s Cheeseria to earn money and feed the hungry people of Cheddar City. The main fare here is toasted sandwiches with melted cheese. You’ll choose the type of bread, cheese, and fillings for each order. At the Build Station, you stack the sandwich with the specified ingredients (different breads like white, wheat, rye; cheeses like cheddar, Swiss, mozzarella; and fillings like ham, turkey, tomatoes, etc.). Once the sandwich is assembled, move to the Grill Station. You’ll grill the sandwich on a press, flipping it to toast both sides until it’s golden and the cheese is melty. If it's too light and the cheese won’t melt, too dark and you’ll burn the toast. While you manage the sandwiches, Papa’s Cheeseria also adds a Fry Station for sides: most customers will order French fries with their sandwich. You’ll cut potatoes, fry the fries, and then add seasoning or toppings to the fries (like cheese sauce, bacon bits, etc.) as requested. Balancing both a grilling sandwich and frying potatoes at the same time can be hectic for the players! Cheeseria is another fan favorite after Freezeria. If you like the theme, go for it! But just be sure to keep an eye on both the grill and the fryer so nothing burns.

Papa’s Bakeria (2016)

Papa’s Bakeria is the twelwth and one of the most played games on PapasWingeria.io! In this installment, you become the chef at Papa’s Bakeria in Whiskview Mall. Your task is to bake delicious pies for a stream of pie-craving customers. The process starts at the Order Station (taking the pie orders with specific crusts, fillings, and toppings). Then, at the Build Station, you’ll choose the correct pie crust (like graham, flaky, chocolate crust, etc.) and fill it with the requested filling. Fillings could be fruit like cherry or apple, chocolate cream, pumpkin, and many more. Next comes the Bake Station, where you put the pie in the oven and bake it for the right amount of time. Baking is crucial; some pies might need to be served warm, while others could be okay cooler, but timing it right will get you a better score. After baking, move to the Top Station. Here you’ll decorate the pie with whipped cream, crumbles, lattice crusts, or other toppings as specified by the customer. For example, a customer might want a lattice pattern crust on top before baking, or whipped cream and cherries after baking. Papa’s Bakeria also continues the holiday ingredient feature from Cupcakeria as the in-game seasons change, you unlock seasonal pie ingredients (like pecan pie for Thanksgiving, or heart-shaped toppings for Valentine’s Day). The variety of crusts and fillings means you’ll eventually be handling many pie types. Stay organized, roll the dough, bake, and decorate. Serve up each pie just right, and you’ll become the favorite pie chef of every customer at the mall.

Papa’s Sushiria (2016)

Papa’s Sushiria which is the hardest game of the series, takes the Papa Louie franchise into the world of sushi. After accidentally breaking Papa’s lucky cat statue, one finds himseld indebted to run Papa’s new sushi restaurant in the city of Sakura Bay (similar to Tokyo). This game has some of the most complex preparation steps in the series. We think developers made wonderful job reflecting how hard the sushi art is. You’ll begin at the Order Station as usual, where customers will order various kinds of sushi rolls and even Bubble Tea drinks. The action starts at the Cook Station, where you prepare the sushi rice. You need to rinse and cook the rice to the perfect consistency, then season it with vinegar. Next, at the Build Station, you’ll assemble the sushi rolls. Lay out the nori (seaweed wrap) on the mat, add the cooked rice, and then put the requested fillings inside (fish like tuna or salmon, vegetables like avocado, cucumber, etc.). Once everything is in, you’ll carefully roll the sushi and then use a sharp knife to cut it into even pieces. Cutting evenly is important to presentation. After that, head to the Tea Station to prepare any bubble tea ordered with the meal – choosing the tea flavor, milk, tapioca or jellies, and shaking it up. Finally, you’ll plate the sushi pieces and add any requested toppings or sauces on top of the rolls. Papa’s Sushiria introduces new challenges like cooking rice and making drinks in addition to the usual order timing. It’s a true test of your multitasking: you might be cooking rice for one order while assembling another roll and blending a tea. But with practice, you’ll be serving beautiful sushi rolls that would make any sushi chef proud. Impress your customers with neatly rolled sushi and tasty bubble teas, and you’ll see them return with a smile and a big TIP!.

Papa’s Scooperia (2018)

The final game (so far) of the original series is Papa’s Scooperia, and it’s a sweet finale indeed. In this game, set in Oniontown, you end up running a shop that specializes in cookie ice cream sandwiches. After losing all your money in Oniontown, Papa Louie helps by hiring you at his Scooperia. Now you’ll bake cookies and scoop ice cream to make decadent desserts. The process has a few steps: First is the Dough Station, where you prepare cookie dough. Customers will specify a flavor of cookie dough (chocolate chip, peanut butter, sugar cookie, etc.) and mix-ins. You’ll shape the dough into cookies and place them on a tray. Next, at the Bake Station, bake the cookies in the oven until they’re just right – not undercooked but not burnt. Timing is key here. While cookies are baking, you might start on other orders. Once baked, you go to the Build Station. Here’s the fun part: assembling the ice cream sandwich or sundae. Some customers will want an ice cream sandwich (ice cream scooped between two cookies), while others might want a cookie sundae (cookies in a bowl with ice cream scoops on top). You’ll choose the ice cream flavors as requested, scoop them with the right size scoop, and place them on or between the cookies. Then add toppings like hot fudge, whipped cream, cherries, or sprinkles as specified. Papa’s Scooperia combines elements from earlier games (baking like Bakeria and sundae building like Freezeria) into one. It also features holiday ingredients, so over time you’ll unlock new cookie flavors and ice cream for special occasions. With its combination of warm cookies and cold ice cream, Scooperia quickly became a fan-favorite for its delicious concept. Papa Louie Platformer Games (Food Adventures)

Aside from the cooking simulation games above, Flipline Studios also created platformer adventure games set in the Papa Louie universe all before the very first gameria, Papa's Pizzeria. These are side-scrolling arcade-style games where you fight food monsters and rescue characters, rather than managing a restaurant. There are three titles in this category, and each offers a fun adventure story for Papa Louie and his customers. Here’s a quick look at each Papa Louie platformer game:

Papa Louie: When Pizzas Attack! (2006)

This is the original Papa Louie game that launched the whole franchise, released in 2006. Unlike the later restaurant games, Papa Louie: When Pizzas Attack! is a side-scrolling adventure platformer. You play as Papa Louie himself in a world where pizzas have turned into monsters! The story begins with Papa Louie hosting a free pizza party, when the evil Infamous Onion Ring sabotages the pizzas. The delicious pizzas transform into gooey Pizza Monsters and kidnap all of Papa’s customers, dragging them into an alternate world called Munchmore. Armed with a trusty pizza paddle and pepper bombs, Papa Louie jumps into action to rescue everyone. In each level, you’ll run, jump, and glide through food-themed worlds (like caves of pepperoni and fields of pasta), battling mutant pizzas and other food enemies. Your goal is to free the captured customers (who are trapped in cages) and defeat the big boss, the Onion Ring, to restore peace. This game is full of creative food enemies and platforming challenges. It’s a nice change of pace from cooking: instead of serving food, you’re fighting it! When Pizzas Attack established Papa Louie as a hero and set the stage for the fun themes that carry into the cooking games. Papa Louie 2: When Burgers Attack! (2013)

The adventure continues in Papa Louie 2: When Burgers Attack! As the second gameria (Papa's Burgeria) is about burgers, the second platformer which came out in 2013 followed the same theme. This time, the roles are reversed from the cooking games: Papa Louie is the one who’s been kidnapped, and it’s up to his customers to save him! The story starts at Papa’s Burgeria, where a strange portal opens and giant mutant Burgerzillas (among other evil food) invade the restaurant. Radley Madish (an evil radish character) and Sarge (the Onion) lead the attack, capturing Papa Louie and many loyal customers. You begin the game as Marty and Rita (the Burgeria chefs), who escape the attack. They must travel into the Land of Munchmore to rescue Papa Louie and the other customers from the clutches of these sinister snacks. As you progress through levels, each customer you rescue becomes a playable character for future levels, and each has unique abilities or weapons. For example, some characters can double-jump or throw special projectiles, allowing you to reach hidden areas. This adds a fun strategy element – you might revisit levels with new characters to access secret zones and save more people. There are many creative food enemies (not just burgers, but also angry onions, pickles, and more) and challenging platform puzzles. Papa Louie 2 builds on the first game with more levels, more characters (28 playable customers in total!), and a compelling mission: save Papa Louie! If you love the Papa’s series characters, this game lets you actually play as the customers on a hero’s journey. It’s a must-try for a break from restaurant work to do some burger-battling action.

Papa Louie 3: When Sundaes Attack! (2015)

The third installment of the platformer series is Papa Louie 3: When Sundaes Attack!, released in 2015. This time, the theme is frozen treats and desserts as in Papa's Freezeria. The adventure begins on a cruise ship (the S.S. Louie) during the grand opening of Papa’s Freezeria’s new location. Unfortunately, the party is crashed by Radley Madish once again – now with a new villainous partner, Luau LePunch, and an army of dessert monsters. They create a portal that pulls Papa Louie and dozens of customers into the dessert dimension of Munchmore. The world of this game is the “sweeter side” of Munchmore, filled with dangerous treats like Sundaesauruses (ferocious sundae monsters) and other candy-themed baddies. You play as Captain Cori (the ship’s captain, who first appeared in Papa’s Freezeria) – she avoided capture and now takes the lead in rescuing Papa Louie and the trapped customers. Much like Papa Louie 2, you will unlock many playable characters (all the customers you rescue can join your team). Each character may have a special ability (for instance, some can swim underwater, which is useful because many levels in When Sundaes Attack have watery areas). The game features a variety of creative levels – from candy-coated landscapes to ice cream seas – and two big boss fights. Your mission is to navigate these levels, defeat the sticky-sweet enemies, and free all the captives. Papa Louie 3 is praised for its level design and the fun of using different characters.
