How to Play Idle Farm

Your first field is Corn. Tap the harvester to collect and sell crops. Coins appear at the top bar. Use coins to level up Corn. Each level boosts production. At the top, you’ll see small task cards like “Build wheat farm field” or “Harvest fields”. Completing tasks gives rewards and pushes your farm forward. If you’re unsure what to do next, follow those cards.

Upgrade Fields

Open the field panel and click on the Upgrade button. Upgrades raise units per second, total production, and sometimes unlock value boosts or discounts.

With your first coins, build Wheat, Pumpkin, Strawberry and more crop plots. Each new field is another income stream. Level them evenly, but don’t forget milestone bonuses (like Level 25, 50, 75, 100) for huge gains.

Hire Managers

From chests and progress, you’ll collect Manager cards (they look like trading cards). Assign Managers to crops to automate the whole process. No more clicking every second. Now your farm works for you. Cards have rarities and can be upgraded. Higher-level Managers speed things up, raise crop value, or improve automation. You’ll see blue flask icons called Research Points. You earn them by upgrading fields and from chests. Research Points can be used to level up Managers, as well. 👩‍🌾

Upgrade Farming Machines

Harvesters, tractors, food trucks all machines can be upgraded. They have their own screen with stats like capacity, speed, and total transportation. Better machines = more goods moved = more coins. You’ll also see handy boosters like capacity boost, speed boost, and discount.

Expand Your Farm

Watch for the progress bar at the top. Reaching the line lets you level up. When you completed the bar by upgrading fields and earning enough coins, press Expand to move from Farm Level 1 to 2 (and beyond). Expansion unlocks new crops, more fields, new Managers, and a development chest full of goodies. When you expand, you take your tools and managers and move to a bigger farm.
